Tigré （ティグレ）

クッキーの表面の模様が虎のストライプを思い出したので、

「ティグレ」（フランス語で虎）という名前を付けました。

発酵バターの深みを味わえる、ホロホロとしたクッキーです。

表面の大粒海塩は、うまくバターの香ばしさを引き出してくれる。

The broken egg wash pattern on the top of the cookie reminded me of tiger stripes;

hence, the name "Tigré" (French term for tiger).

The cookie simply crumbles in your mouth, filling it with an intense aroma.

The sea salt sprinkled on top accentuates the deep flavor of cultured butter

and gives the cookie another dimension of richness.
